Please extend my thanks to Rick Figueroa and Chuck Houston for the excellent service they provided me. I live in Santa Cruz and had taken my daughter to Sugar Bowl for her Ski team training over the weekend. While up in Truckee, my S80 started misfiring and check engine light started flashing Saturday evening. There was no way we could drive the car home.
On Sunday I called your dealership hoping for some assistance. I explained to Rick the circumstances and he was very responsive. He gave me his email address and had me sendhim all the details the Service Department needed. When the S80 arrived at Turner Volvo on Sunday, the tow truck driver gave Rick the key and he put everything in an envelope for the Service Dept for me.
On Monday ,morning early, Chuck called me. The mechanics had my car in the shop first thing.Chuck explained the problem, discussed with me my options, and clearly advised me the cost of repairs. My car was ready to go by 11:30 am. When I came to pick it up, everyone was nice and professional. The S80 was super clean and runs like a charm.
I could not have asked for anything more. I so appreciate the care that was given me. My husband and I purchased our S80 12 years ago and 189,000 miles ago, plan to keep it another 12 years...at least ! I only wish we lived closer to your dealership so you could continue to service it.

As an 81 year old single woman living in Folsom, it is a but difficult for me to travel the freeways to have my 2006 Volvo S40 Serviced at your facility.Chuck offered and now picks up my car at my home on his way to work, has the car serviced, and returns the car to me on his way back home. In an era where exceptional customer service has virtually disappeared, Chuck certainly goes that "extra mile" in proving that exceptional customer service still exists. In closing, I believe that Chuck is an asset to Turner Volvo and deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for his exemplary customer service.
